After I installed the voltage guage I noticed the voltage was low...barely 13 volts. A little probing revealed what I expected...there was noticeable voltage
loss in the tiny Honda wiring. I decided to add a circuit to power the voltage guage, tach, and accessories that I might add.
I tapped power directly off the battery terminal through a fuse.
I used a key-on switched relay to provide the power. The power goes to the distribution box under the tank, then to the voltage guage, tach, and
accessories. Now the voltage guage shows 14V when running.
